Chicken Meatballs with Cheese and Saffron Rice



Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes puree 
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 Pack Knorr Kofta Mix
  • 1 egg
  • For filling:
  • 300g Feta cheese, low in salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • For cover:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pack Knorr Vegetar
  • Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

  • - Grate chicken breasts and placed in a deep dish. And add the purée potatoes meatballs mixture and egg and stir well.
  • - Take a little of the mixture and form into medium-sized cylinders and then place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the cylinder and then close and shape into fingers.
  • - Beat the eggs with a fork and dip the meatballs fingers in egg and then in Knorr Vegetar and turn on both sides to overspread well.
  • - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs until they are golden and then placed kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil.
  • - Serve hot with rice with saffron
